They found new tenants swiftly. All aspects of the letting have been dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. I will use this agency again. The Staff did a amazing job advertising and showcasing my flat and finding prospective tenants for my flat. Viewings were well organized and on time so everyone was happy and staff would always provide feedback from their viewings. My flat was rented at a higher price than expected with all lettings compliance’s completed including right to rent checks, epc, gas, electric certificates, reference checks for the prospective tenants etc. I will be using fortress again in the future with my other buy-to-let investment properties and I would recommend them to any other landlords in the local area.
